Free includes published free picture stories. Story Club and Family include published premium illustrated audio stories and selected videos. Family Plus includes the published premium audio-story collection and video stories. Narration, music and replays of existing stories do not consume picture credits or Ask minutes.
Optional packs, bought once
- 50 picture credits — $14.99. For successfully generated personalized illustrations.
- 120 picture credits — $29.99. A larger one-time picture balance.
- 60 Ask minutes — $9.99. For recorded questions and generated answer audio.
Packs are separate from your membership and do not unlock premium audio stories. Purchased balances do not expire while your account remains open, subject to refunds and billing corrections. There are no automatic pack top-ups.
How allowances work
Monthly allowances become available after confirmed payment, are shared across the family and reset each billing period without rolling over. Purchased packs are tracked separately. Picture personalization shows a quote before you approve it. Ask measures recorded question time plus generated answer audio, rounded to seconds; idle time and narration do not count. Technical failures are free.
Renewal, cancellation and support
Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Checkout shows applicable taxes and valid discounts. Cancel through the billing portal from your dashboard or receipt before the next renewal. Ordinary cancellation keeps benefits until the end of the paid period. Read our refund and cancellation policy or contact support for a billing problem.
