You choose where their face appears
On an eligible picture story, personalization can adapt the main character’s illustrated face using a parent-uploaded reference photo. It keeps the story’s setting and artwork style. Results can vary and are not guaranteed to reproduce a face exactly. The examples shown on our website use a fictional child.
Photo, story, devices, approval
- Add a private photo. Only a parent or guardian with authority, consent and rights to the image may upload a child’s photo.
- Choose one eligible story. Personalization does not automatically change every story in the library.
- Select phone, tablet, desktop or all. The app quotes the unique pictures needed for your chosen views before you approve generation. Shared pictures need not be generated repeatedly.
- Review the results. Check the saved pictures and approve them before they appear in your child’s story. You can keep the original pictures instead.
Clear picture-credit costs
One picture credit pays for one successfully generated personalized illustration. Original artwork and replays use no picture credits. Failed generations and their retries do not spend additional credits. The quote shows the work and available balance before generation starts.
If credits run out, generation pauses with completed pictures saved. Review those pictures while the remaining scenes keep their originals. The system sends a progress notice; add credits and choose to continue when you are ready. See the memberships and one-time picture packs.
Your family’s pictures stay private
Reference photos are not published in the story library. You can remove a child photo and its saved personalized pictures from the parent dashboard. AI providers process the information needed to create the requested pictures; see our privacy policy for storage, processing and deletion details.
Availability depends on the published story and your account. Video stories keep their original characters. You can always enjoy original stories without uploading a photo.
